My path runs across both sides of the table. I began with an internship in a pharma corporate, moved into agencies, spent time in the corporate automotive world, and then returned to small, fast-growing international companies — including a SaaS health startup.
Working in lean startups with large corporate clients took me from boardrooms at headquarters to qualitative interviews with executives, where I learned how big organizations think, move, and stall.
Today, alongside my coaching, I work in edtech, still operating at that intersection where enterprise expectations meet startup pace.
This is the perspective I bring to every client: I’m fluent in both languages.
Along the way, I also moved from Germany to Galicia, Spain, where I started building communities for women to explore personal growth and big life decisions. This taught me the value of safe, inspiring spaces where people can rethink who they are and what they want — the same kind of space I now create for my career coaching clients.
